Quality Assurance Program:

Quality is of the utmost importance to T-C Transcription, Inc. not only to our customers, but to our medical transcriptionists as well.  All medical transcriptionists are required to maintain a 98% or higher quality assurance score.  The AAMT Book of Style and a basic medical reference library are mandatory requirements for employment with T-C.  Quality Assurance audits are conducted by Quality Assurance Auditors monthly on a set number of transcribed lines in accordance with a Quality Check Worksheet to determine the Q/A score.  All medical transcriptionists are encouraged to receive and maintain their CMT accreditation.
